Our property experts will visit your home and will present a realistic and attainable rental valuation for your property, which will be based on similar properties available on the market, as well as recently let properties.

  Getting on the market

Before getting on the market, you will have to ensure the property meets the legal requirements. Once ready, we will arrange to compile professional photos and floor plans to create your online property advert.

  Viewings and Offers

With more than 96% of tenants starting their property search online, we'll make sure your property is seen in all the right places. We also manage all enquiries, interest, viewing requests and negotiate all offers on your behalf.

   Securing Tenants

When we are presented with the right offer from a suitable applicant, we will request a holding deposit and verify their background and employment status, as well as commence with the reference checks.

  Final Checks

Once the prospective tenants have passed all the necessary checks, both parties will be required to sign the tenancy agreement, confirming the full terms of the tenancy, as well as the monthly rental amount and tenancy period.

   Let Agreed

Prior to the tenants moving in, we will collect one month's rent in advance, as well as one month's deposit and lodge it with the Deposit Protection Scheme. We will then hand-over the keys to the tenants to move into their new home.
